Goods Counting System with Laser

The system which has been developed for Yeşilyurt Iron-Steel Factory consists of production tracking automation and laser sensors. The material which is perceived through the laser sensors is read with the alarm monitoring system whose size and quantities have been developed by Aykop and realizes packing dispatch. And this piece of transferring information is reported to the computer thanks to the programme made by Aykop.

The system which has been revised for Dösan Sünger has been renewed for cutting sponge blocks in requested sizes and quantities. PLC which is used on the system, screens and remote control device have been simplified and the efficiency of the machine has been allowed to increase by shortening malfunction time very much.
